We are looking for a front of house staff member to join our team. We are based in Clonakilty, West Cork running a medium sized restaurant focusing on brunch service (daytime hours). Our team comprises of 3 chefs and a kitchen porter - along with part time weekend staff, all of which you will be working alongside.
Main responsibilities of the role:
- Present menus to customers.
- Have full awareness of allergy information on the menus.
- Answer all inquiries about food and beverages offered by the establishment.
- Take a customer’s order.
- Deliver and serve food and drink to the table.
- Maintain outstanding hygiene at all times.
- Deal with spillages, refresh glasses, replace utensils, and check with customers intermittently to ensure everything is to their satisfaction.
- Provide the bill and process cash and card payments.
- Full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 28 per week
Salary: €12.50-€14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 28 per week
