The Executive Assistant role is key to making this happen by providing support to five Senior Executives on our ANZ Leadership Team. You will play a critical part in supporting and influencing senior stakeholders of the ANZ Funds Management Leadership Team. In this role, you will also have the opportunity to:

Provide administrative and operational support to our GM Strategy & Execution, GM Products, HO Distribution, CIO, HO Investment Risk & Governance.

Own and manage a variety of projects

Manage a busy diary and organise local and international travel

Produce correspondence, presentations, and reporting of a confidential nature

Demonstrate the ANZ values and contribute to a customer-centric culture, fostering collaboration across teams and business units

Provide floor support and act as a trusted point of contact as needed

Role Location: Auckland

Role Type: Permanent, Fulltime

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Experience in providing support at senior levels of an organisation in an EA capacity.

Comfortable working and supporting in a hybrid environment where leaders and teams connect virtually

An understanding and appreciation of working in a confidential environment is essential

Proven results working with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment

Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise conflicting issues in a professional manner

Proven ability to build strong, open, and collaborative working relationships, including with internal and external executives

Demonstrated ability to take initiative, be proactive by taking action and be persistent in addressing issues

Exceptional communication, positive attitude and a growth mindset
